 PETER M. CARBALLO of 21 Purok5 Malvar street Scandinavian Village Dumaguete City is a FRAUD. I bought his ipodvid 30gb (brandnew) last Friday May 25, 2007 thru Gcash at 7,100Php. The tracking number(7008286519) he gave me from LBC is invalid, he even changed his cellphone number to 09152174579 from 09154211541. And when I checked his page at Ebay on May 28, 2007, Ipodvideo 30gb is for bidding again, starting price is 7,500Php.
